adjourned till tuesday cz of witnesses no-show? didn't they know that the case was on today and that a day's sitting in icc is eqv to a middle class' 2 years rent?
ok here comes the start of a loong boring case, bensouda will grow grey hairs waiting for them to show face.

...don't quote me...the first witness who was scheduled to give the first evidence withdrew 6 hours before the start of the trials....

Why do I have a feeling that probably this could be the case. Those witnesses are not silly and they know for sure that any cross examination will leave sour tastes in their mouths and ICC's. Bora kuchukua pesa na kuhepa.

I will be difficult for a mortal kenyan to stand on that dock and agree to witness against Wailer or Johnny....this is Africa!!!!

You are blowing hot n cold, but I agree here. No sane man should agree to fix their president n DP with millions of supporters. Especially in such a useless case of no value to his motherland. That would be suicide.

So true. Suicide for them, death for their parents, children, siblings and all known relatives. They would all pay for this. I would never be a witness.

...and impunity will continue for ever and ever on our motherland!
Sad Sad

DITTO! This is what informs my fear. I was just a boy in Matiba's 1992 bid. He enjoyed fanatical support. But since Uhuru was named as a suspect, I have been looking for a word stronger than fanatical to describe the support Uhuru has. I have seen the same with Ruto with Rift victim community forgiving him.

I wouldn't dare be a witness in these cases. I may hide in Trinidad and Tobago but ICC wont help hide all my relatives.

...True..I did not vote for him...but there is something I have come to like about him... I dont know what!!!
...Why would there be a delay in having the witnesses at The Hague for a case that has taken 5 years to put together? They should have been the first people to arrive there. Something is not cooking! Let us wait for Tuesday...You may see those chokoras you meet every day at Kimathi street as witnesses...Besoudas job is the most difficult in the world.

The witnesses have simply cowed out: Threats, money and fear!!!!

Magigi, you are now the 3rd person to hear saying that of PORK,at this rate,i might have lesser Kool Aids to serve in 2017!
I am happy
