DITTO! This is what informs my fear. I was just a boy in Matiba's 1992 bid. He enjoyed fanatical support. But since Uhuru was named as a suspect, I have been looking for a word stronger than fanatical to describe the support Uhuru has. I have seen the same with Ruto with Rift victim community forgiving him of the crimes they so passionately hated him for.

I wouldn't dare be a witness in these cases. I may hide in Trinidad and Tobago but ICC wont help hide all my relatives.

I can bet my last coin that this case will collapse...not because there is no case, but because the investigations were flawed...Just the way CORD had a strong case in the presidential election but our evidence was not in one piece, of course due to frustration from the government. The Kenya Gava has made this case so so difficult for Ocampo first and now Bensouda... Don't be surprised when no witnesses turn up on Tuesday!!! But again as I have always said, let the two gentlemen come home in one piece...what happened to simple forgiveness...Haven't they been tortured enough so far? And aren't they doing enough to the IDPs...When will we ever move forward as a country...You want to tell me that for the next two years nothing will be happening other than taking about Hague!

My biggest fear is what would happen either of the big 2 was to be jailed. They enjoy fanatical support...scary!!Pray

Even if the two are all realeased.......you must remember that the ICC has always binded them together, this will no longer be there and Kenyan would have pulled out of the ICC....even more scary if you ask me!!!

at worst, political realignments IMHO. Just imagine when the judgment is read and either/both is pronounced guiltyApplause

@Lolest...People have learnt their lessons...Ukiona Captain amenyamaza even after all that happened...jua ni kubaya!!! And I think for me that was the best lesson ever for politicians...Can you imagine how these two guys feel once they wake up from their sleep...Hague before their eyes...every time!. I sympathize and almost can empathize with them...I can assure you nothing will happen! If if it does our country will just be another Somalia! My two cents

@Kajwang said he feels the cases will fail...thats @baba's mouthpiece!

I will be ready to follow them there and propaganda will be unleashed that it is Tinga and I would rather suffer in Hague jails than accept a Tinga presidency.

...True..I did not vote for him...but there is something I have come to like about him... I dont know what!!!
...Why would there be a delay in having the witnesses at The Hague for a case that has taken 5 years to put together? They should have been the first people to arrive there. Something is not cooking! Let us wait for Tuesday...You may see those chokoras you meet every day at Kimathi street as witnesses...Besoudas job is the most difficult in the world.

Super dark goggles nazo.
Benshuta inherited useless witnesses i.e. unreliable crooks. I personally believe there was a case to be prosecuted, but the OTP messed up by not conducting their own investigations and relying on politically inclined NGOs and 'activists'.

Fact, Cases are going nowhere

Fact, same issues on the ground that causes all the inter ethnic clashes in Kenya have never been addressed 50years down the independence path.. So what will 10-20 years do?

Fact, Government is working for 2 people. The opposition is busy keeping the GoK on its toes over none issues

Fact, in 10-20 years there will be other politicians who shall play the tribal card so as to win votes..Rift Valley,Trans Mara, Trans Nnzoia, Tana Delta, Kwale, Turkana, Migingo.. etc etc

Fact, their shall be massacres in future

Fact, we are pulling out of the ICC

Fact, we shall prescribe the same dose again.. Paracetamol for cancer. Take 2 once every five years..
