adjourned till tuesday cz of witnesses no-show? didn't they know that the case was on today and that a day's sitting in icc is eqv to a middle class' 2 years rent? ok here comes the start of a loong boring case, bensouda will grow grey hairs waiting for them to show face.
...don't quote me... the first witness who was scheduled to give the first evidence withdrew 6 hours before the start of the trials.... Why do I have a feeling that probably this could be the case. Those witnesses are not silly and they know for sure that any cross examination will leave sour tastes in their mouths and ICC's. Bora kuchukua pesa na kuhepa. I will be difficult for a mortal kenyan to stand on that dock and agree to witness against Wailer or Johnny....this is Africa!!!! Muteshi did and won and that was in kenya!!!!!!!though to be frank that judgement was too flawed under normal circumstances, the judge wanted to instill himself and to be felt that he can make a judgement Life is an endless adventure

He was not a coached witness.

No sane man should agree to fix their president n DP with millions of supporters. Especially in such a useless case of no value to his motherland. That would be suicide. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

I am not blowing hot and cold, it's just that I'm not passionate about how this will turn out.....why should I when the victims feel otherwise??? ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

I can bet my last coin that this case will collapse...not because there is no case, but because the investigations were flawed...Just the way CORD had a strong case in the presidential election but our evidence was not in one piece, of course due to frustration from the government. The Kenya Gava has made this case so so difficult for Ocampo first and now Bensouda... Don't be surprised when no witnesses turn up on Tuesday!!! But again as I have always said, let the two gentlemen come home in one piece...what happened to simple forgiveness...Haven't they been tortured enough so far? And aren't they doing enough to the IDPs...When will we ever move forward as a country...You want to tell me that for the next two years nothing will be happening other than taking about Hague!

My biggest fear is what would happen either of the big 2 was to be jailed. They enjoy fanatical support...scary!!

@Lolest...People have learnt their lessons...Ukiona Captain amenyamaza even after all that happened...jua ni kubaya!!! And I think for me that was the best lesson ever for politicians...Can you imagine how these two guys feel once they wake up from their sleep...Hague before their eyes...every time!. I sympathize and almost can empathize with them...I can assure you nothing will happen! If if it does our country will just be another Somalia! My two cents

I will be ready to follow them there and propaganda will be unleashed that it is Tinga and I would rather suffer in Hague jails than accept a Tinga presidency.

Even if the two are all realeased.......you must remember that the ICC has always binded them together, this will no longer be there and Kenyan would have pulled out of the ICC....even more scary if you ask me!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
