Lack of witnesses? They r a whopping 22 in number...just that we were told of fourty sth...And the other intrigue is that none is ready...now the suspect might av to come home n go back next week. Waste of time n money. With so many witnesses, they shud be lined up faster faster so that ukweli ijulikane. It has been a whole 90 years of wait u know...My goggles shows us that madam prosecutor knew when the case is beginning. At least one witness angekuwa standby. Zako zasema aye?

I thought if you don't understand a statement then the best thing is to ask for cliarification....not resorting to goggles in a very irrelevant manner!!!

ok here comes the start of a loong boring case, bensouda will grow grey hairs waiting for them to show face.
She has the most difficult job. I would only do it if I was sooo jobless that I hadnt eaten for 4 straight days. Imagine appearing as a witness and then coming back to Kenya (even after 10 years)? You will be disowned by family and will be stoned by your neighbors to death
Lord, thank you!

Kweli committing perjury is not easy
As this continues to unravel I pray Bensouda can put us out of our misery and drop all of this bog!!
The March elections passed and the purpose of these ICC cases went with them...

The judgement was passed by 12 million kenyans, most of whom bore the brunt of the violence. She needs to take a hike to bondo or wherever.

...don't quote me...
the first witness who was scheduled to give the first evidence withdrew 6 hours before the start of the trials
....
Why do I have a feeling that probably this could be the case. Those witnesses are not silly and they know for sure that any cross examination will leave sour tastes in their mouths and ICC's. Bora kuchukua pesa na kuhepa.
