4 babies died while being transferred to KNH after striking county workers lay down their tools. These county workers are very annoying! They're still charging parking and arresting PSVs and those who jump lights but can't take care of pregnant women and their babies. Shame on them!

Sad , its like they always want to be given free money and not to give anything back, how can you let even a single baby die for more money and yet they cant even clean Nairobi? Kanjo are the most corrupt people i know, except for them pouring garbage on the streets, most of us would have rejoiced that they are on strike because they only come for money, no service, not water, or garbage collection, or sweeping/cleaning our streets, until they started killing babies while still collecting any money they can to blackmail us and get our attention, ruthless, sack them! Kanjo has never given Nairobi anything! Except for them killing babies, are you feeling the pinch of their strike?

Do these nurses and staff in such places have sense of belong and humanity. Sad state where money is appreciated more than saving lives.

And now that it has reached this point, Kidero should use the opportunity to sort out those guys once and for all. What about hiring new nurses on new terms, professionally? He shud declare all those workers fired and they should be re-apply on new terms...

I disagree. The problem with 'reforms' in the public service is that they have been driven by emotions not to solve the issues at hand.
Sample:
ECK to IEBC
The whole fight against corruption. Witness the various bodies involved yet no results.
CS Kamau intention to ban night travel et al.

The problem with public service is that it is too bloated. So many people being paid too little with very few tools of trade.
If you visit the police doctor you would get the picture.
