I am one of the unlucky individual investors who had shares awaiting settlement when all of a sudden the curtain fell at Nyaga Stockbrokers. Since my money had already been withdrawn from the broker's account I did not seek cash refund. I asked that the shares be settled and credited to my account.

I am surprised that Mwangi and his team are only talking about those who made cash claims. What about those who made shares claim? Does someone there know when pending shares refund will be made? Kindly help me understand the way forward.

@Ruchwarsteve,Sorry pal,I am also one of the guys who got licked by the greedy lot. I understand out of my 130K in cash claim,I may get a refund of only 50K. I wish I knew SK then but as they say if wishes were horses...

If you feel you are indispensable put your finger in a glass of water,withdraw it and note the hole u have left

Am also one of the unlucky ones,what is the latest progress ?? they illegally sold 500k worth of BBK shares. are their offices still open? keep us posted please.

I think since your shares were not settled you will be treated as like you had liquid money so wait for the progress of the refunded.Thats why i support investors who are not willing to buy stocks with brokers who are heavily debted or making losses you never know what will happen.

I wonder when we shall start talking about DSL after finishing with Nyaga SB. I hope we cleared with THUO SB cases. Why should shares take so long to transfer?
