By the way this case might turn out to be more intriguing...Uhuru n Ruto were on opposite sides when it happened. Ruto is accused of killing "Kikuyu's" while Uhuru "Kalenjins" Infact a big part of the killings was Kale vs Kiuks...It would thus mean it was Ruto vs Uhuru. It will be interesting to see the evidence being laid bare on the table. "Kikuyus" showing how "Ruto" killed them; and "Kales" showing how "Uhuru" killed them. Yet the accused pair are now "ONE". Infact the pair are in power partly coz of the overwhelming votes they got from those two communities.d'oh! Sad

EIISH WEWE! Have you looked at the witnesses that has so far withdrawn from the cases?
In the Ruto's case, most are Kalenjins so far.

Infact Ruto was then, fixed by the real govenrment side of the coalition. while the other victim was fixed by the de jure side of the coalition..

Imagine Bensouda at some point in the hearings quoting government sources of intelligence...

Maybe another nice statistic would be of those killed by tribe..
surprisingly of the deaths that happened during the PEVs, most of the deceased were Luo and Luhya..
Ocampo should have focused on who did that..

So i dont even know why Johnny Mtembezi and Arap Milosovec are in the Hague.
Theirs seems a very normal domestic affair.
