na wachapane makofi. Fact is, even if Kidero had slapped a fellow man, he'd still be wrong. That doesn't mean Rachel is right. Same case for Mbuvi. Carol is a bad woman who made me hate the station. But that matusi on air was evil whether they had discussed the daughter or not!

indeed.

ps: and carol is not a bad woman. she is a great one.

In all fairness we should remember that Dr. Kidero is a human, and one who's experienced in boardroom politics, and Hon. Shebesh has grown balls, both kinds of monstrosities in matters of state.

Of course Dr. Kidero couldn't say 'Yes. I slapped her, and I'm sorry I did it, in the instant he was asked. Though his amnesia, which will turn out to be selective, is a tacit admission of guilt, and even an apology.

Some here preferred Kidero to Waititu because the former wasn't a stone thrower.

Who's the next saint for governor? P.K? Lol.

let me put it out there - I think kidero is the right person for the job HOWEVER this action has created a stain that will never ever go away! there is no way out for him unless he goes to shebesh apologizing sack cloth and ashes.
I am saddened that some men and women here actually think that there are justifications for physical violence as a response to daring or verbal provocation. MAJAMAA VITA TULIWACHIA JOGOO! We have laws... those things separate us from the animals. Anyway... I have made my case and with that I AM OUT!
As Sankara once said...
Quote:

Women’s fate is bound up with that of an exploited male. However, this solidarity must not blind us in looking at the specific situation faced by womenfolk in our society. It is true that the woman worker and simple man are exploited economically, but the worker wife is also condemned further to silence by her worker husband. This is the same method used by men to dominate other men! The idea was crafted that certain men, by virtue of their family origin and birth, or by ‘divine rights’, were superior to others.

you keep on pounding on the point about the rule of law and people obeying the law while you come and disclose private iebc information on an internet forum which by law or non disclosure agreement with your employer you are not meant to disclose. i assume that you either work for iebc or some third party affiliated with iebc (and with access to confidential information) and you get the information from that privileged access. specks. logs. eyes.

i did not disclose... people guessed correctly! enda usome post zangu..... again i have not signed any confidentiality agreement but having said that - your argument is faulty and the iebc issue is a red herring. your argument is fallacious! it reeks of the Tu quoque fallacy which is
Quote:
a logical fallacy that attempts to discredit the opponent's position by asserting the opponent's failure to act consistently in accordance with that position; it attempts to show that a criticism or objection applies equally to the person making it. This dismisses someone's point of view based on criticism of the person's inconsistency, and not the position presented, whereas a person's inconsistency should not discredit their position

A LADY/WOMAN doesn't behave like Shebesh.

This BS of poking fingers were you shouldn't and expecting to be treated like a lady doesn't hold.

Behave like a LADY and men will be GENTLE to you.

Behave like you own the city and don't ever remind us your gender.

Shebesh has no RESPECT for her WOMANHOOD.

Behave like a "MAN" and expect to be treated like one.

The gender doesnt change this. It would still be wrong even if it was a male irritant in the place of Rachel. Do we then justify murder on grounds of anger? Kidero can use what you're saying as mitigation in court though

Seems there may be some truth shebesh assaulted him (grabbed his privates or something)

What? is this true? Well if a man grabbed me(God forbid), I would sure kick his butt hard un-apologetically and take myself to the cops.
There are boundaries to be respected.

Argh these two people's public dramas are an earsore, typical kenyan behaviours, kuvuana nguo hadharani.
