Hisah,what do the charts say?

Charts or no charts, my determining factor of getting into Portland Cement has been if they get a license to mine coal and limestone at Mui Basin. The other of cause is engagement in Lapset and other government projects such as the standard gauge rail line and oil production.

Too much unrealized potential. There are better counters.

2nd best performing counter at exchange Nov-2012 to Date, +81.25% ... he he

Mmm, how many shares were traded during its low? Todate?

There have been 2 volumes spikes since, but by and large it’s an illiquid counter

Bullish chart, but I never bother with illiquid counters. Too much headache getting the size you want and the stress of selling asap is equally another put off. A history of gok interference as a board member should also be noted.
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!
