I want to believe we are not doing enough for our athletic heroes and propose the following:
-buy a house for each medalist.
-ensure the headlines in one of the major local dailies feature their story in such a day as today.
-handsome cash rewards.
-develop well equiped training camps throughout the country.
-construct world class athletics complex in nairobi,mombasa,embu,nakuru,kericho,kisumu,and eldoret.
-entrench comprehensive athletics curriculla and personnel in schools.
-train and post athletics coaches in every district.
