It is a Question of when. Not whether.

...they will fail, not because the accused are innocent but because they are so powerful that those they can't buy the simply make varnish!!!!

In the meantime nobody will do anything for the victims!!!

Sad. Sad. Sad. My heart goes out to the lady and young boy...I'm in brink of tears!

I still blame the Referee, the Person who said...Lets go to the street...and another infamous word...mass action. Irresponsible, Purely Irresponsible as he knew who he was talking to and how he is regarded by whoever he was talking to..

Politics is Dirty. Reason I would discourage you from Joining..But If you do, I will Come over vote for you.

I would rather this Post is not responded to. Washa iishe.Past is Past.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

@Am......if the Kibaki garment and that of Jubilee know who is responsible, why haven't they done anything for the victims, why are so keen to fight/discredit the ICC than do anything for the victims.

The majority of kenyans know who was responsible for PEV. ICC and a minority of Kenyans will take time before they learn who are the real architects of PEV, if at all by now they dont know.
Thats why uhuruto team got over 6 million votes. Majority is rarely wrong.

@maka..its wise for uhuruto to go to ICC and show the world how innocent they are. During PEV, i was working on some projects in Nakuru, Naivasha, Molo, Bahati area so i have some understanding on how things were panning out at the hotspots.

People are starting to get overly emotional. Why bring Raila into this?

Investigations were carried out and after the pretrial hearings, three men have been found to have a case to answer. Raila's name was not among the accused, period.

Also, it is dishonest for others to claim that no Kenyans should be tried in a foreign court when some of our countrymen were tried in Uganda and very few came to their defence.

I believe UMK, WSR and JAS should continue their cooperation with the court and get on with the trial. This route represents the best way to clear their names once and for all, in the eyes of Kenya and the rest of the world.

My own opinion of the case is that all three will be set free as the investigations carried out by Ocampo's team were shoddy. Also, the evidence against the three may be quite weak, if it's true that there was an over-reliance on coached witnesses.
