This has nothing to do with party affiliation. I thought this was all about a lawyer knowingly breaking the law... and I'm speaking about Kethi, not Kalonzo (or am I?). If she'd been in Jubilee and done the same thing and CORD had discovered the anomalies, it would only be right that she suffer the same consequences (yes, I used the "C" word). As a member of Kenya's legal fraternity, one (ought to have been) aware that presenting false papers purportedly filed at a non-existent polling station was illegal, one must take the bitter pill that comes with the sweet lure. It boils down to greed - if she wasn't greedy, she would have flat refused to run due to the machinations that are now haunting her.

If that was the case, I'd imagine that OAR and co would be all over the country citing her case as further evidence of jubilee rigging and stealing of election victory from OAR. And they would have demanded that she be prosecuted.

The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

If I were Kethi's lawyers I will not employ any delaying tactics. The earlier she serves her jail time before 2017, the better

Swala nyeti ni did Kethi DK graduate or not? In other words does she have the diploma cert? Otherwise called the Digrii?
