"@amerix: I have reconsidered my earlier reverence for JSC. I now firmly believe it is a deep cave of corruption. #CampMulla"

This is where Commission on Administration of Justice should come in. The People vs. Judiciary.

We wish to inform the public that Gladys Boss Shollei, the Chief Registrar, Judiciary, and the Judicial Service Commission have reached settlement that protects their respective rights and mandate, and also the integrity of the Judiciary.

In pursuance of the said settlement, Ms. Shollei has withdrawn her petition in Nairobi HC Petition No. 421 of 2013, and she is at liberty to resume work.

Signed,

Donald B. Kipkorir

this to me is a good solution since each side i.e shollei vs JSC were only dealing with allegations, not actual facts. PPOA , Govt Auditor etc should now come in and audit JSC to restore public confidence.

Lots of cowardice and naivety exhibited. Retracting due to 'pressure' to 'restore' public confidence. And 'we' expect justice? Sad

@innovateGuy...this will save kenyans the time and money to move into a costly inquiry/replacement of JSC members. PPOA needs to now camp at JSC and teach them procurement 101...then life continues as usual.
