Rank: Veteran Joined: 11/4/2008 Posts: 1,289 Location: Nairobi		Is Karen Hospital involved? Me thinks not. What I know is the NHIF is to putup a hospital in Karen, hence NHIF Karen Hospital. The issue of the Design Team (Arch, Eng.,QS) consultancy fees is a long running saga. Figures started at Shs. 200m to current Shs. 7b. Scope has been revised x7.
