the west and their puppets will want an early election, then they will get a chance to praise kenyans for the strong emerging democracy and pledge all sorts of support to their marionette - invite him/her to the white house and try kill as much of the developing romance with the east.

If they fail to appear, warrant of arrest pap. Plus a ban of foreign travel for close family members. If they attend full time, country could become fragile. We're in a massive crater not hole

Will they order both our PORK and DPORK to be physically present in Hague during the entire trial? If they do what will happen?
Pliz don’t say it can’t happen that’s not the answer I want; the imperial powers are capable of doing anything going by what happened in Libya, Egypt & Syria.. n we need to be prepared!

Zimbabwe seems to be the key. African countries will band to protect their own.

Then a stalemate. Then fever.

The rest depends on State craft.

African countries will do what? Do you remember Gaddafi's Libya? The imperialists crossed the Atlantic in the pretext that they could not allow such instability near their 'clean' continent. They aided the rebels mainly by airpower and Gadaffi was out despite AU being on his side in a diplomatic effort led by South Africa.

Face it. If they want to, they wont care about lives lost in Kenya.

Whatever happens in and to a body politic strictly depends on the forces involved, and how they are balanced, by individual actors. So, deaths of citizens is a resultant of the whole game. People will die because their leaders are ready to die. Even the 'imperialists' must bow to moral principle.

Gaddafi's game was doomed from the onset. The goings on in Tunisia and Egypt, shook Gadaffi's moral ground, and very few nation states could hazard troops or weapons to his defence.

Even the A.U. couldn't do much to help. The Arab league was not on his side either. Africa could only grumble.

But the west is continually losing it's moral grounds given how events are unfolding in nation states in which they have intervened like Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Afghanistan, and the more it intervenes the weaker it gets.

The President and his deputy have the government shield, and legitimately, this is a great defense.

But the moral grounds of the Jubilee government aren't solid. The main players are 'suspects', therefore the opposition has an opportunity to poke fingers and even question the credibility of their election. Jubilee needs to consolidate power.

Cord on the other hand, has Raila, who's determined to be President, and eager to oppose and weaken their opponents. But they'll find it difficult to muster numbers, and 'positive' moral grounds for their actions. 'Positive' means stable munificence and growth.

Hence neither party has a clear path of victory. Hence stalemate.
