Why is it that from around last year 2012, pombe ya EABL imekuwa ikimwagika ovyo ovyo on opening. Is it the quality thats compromised or what ? Hii kumwagika inahaibisha coz every time the waiters must open kama amemwaga kwa glass.
One cannot even know when taking flat beer ......

I have not seen beer from other manufaturers behaving like eabl.

some friends visited from UG. They claimed Tusker causes flatulence (kunyamba ovyo ovyo). I haven't experienced it myself. Am told this is coz they switched from barley to sorghum

They must be using supercharged yeast for the phombe to produce that kind of froth. The alternative theory would be that it is being bottled before full fermentation has taken place.

This is a market issue, because I'd rather a beer that pours properly with a good head (no pun)

What about Keg?
Coz they first tested the sorghum formula on keg before rolling it out to Tusker!

High gravity brewing does not work well with Sorghi. It was working with barley. Mr EABL do not cost cut with beer.
