When HR issues have to do with ngware on juniors in serikal it can only end one way I think. You can't walk in a place and tell your juniors they are all makaratas and owes make it then proceed to send them on 1-2yr leave indiscriminately....Hapa management skills zilikataa!

Tyranny at work and this how Kenya will be governed??

In other parts of the world your 'tyranny' is also known as democracy.

As for my new found Boss, I know she's innocent and I hope someone goes down for trying to bring her down.

BBI will solve it

Touching judiciary that we had all hoped will put us all on an equal scale is a big blow to the commoners. As someone said, something just doesn't sound right with all these allegations. She seems very competent to me and she's the last i would have thought would be corrupt. She might have blocked someone or something and it is coming back to bite... i hope it doesn't this time. we need a strong efficient and clean judiciary that follows the law. From what i watched yesterday, someone overlooked the provisions of the constitution on how to handle the CR. And hopefully, she's got clean hands too.

Just that? So what's all the drama about then? Wasting our time... or is there a scandal cooking and we are being hoodwinked with this?

This is no head hunting it smirks of management incompetence. For example, you send officers on Job grade R on 2 year fully paid vacation because you have your own suspicions on their work instead of initiating a performance review and firing mechanism. You hire young personnel to fill those positions at almost twice the amount to do the same job. You go ahead and further give addition perks to your new hires which includes prados and other mot mots! The rest of the Job grade R staff doing the same job remain on their salos and on footsubishi. How can this be head hunting, this is wastage (paying two people to do the job of one) and creating inequity in the workplace. I hear she hired a few deres at 80 ngwa which is about 3x of a gava dere salo.....

This one evun the big man on hill will find expensive to salvage..me I see her being hung to dry.

The allegations eg kes 1 b for renovation works at milimani court seems too unbelievable to be true. No matter how any one would like to stretch renovation works after repairs to such a small building, they cant reach kes 1b even if they use pure gold finishes.

@kausha..the issues at hand eg hiring drivers, firing people are to me quite minor . A reprimand plus surcharge etc or other minor disciplinary action can be taken just to remind her that there are laws to be followed. Shes human so she cant work without small miscalculations here n there. If such issues continue, then JSC can institute harsher punishment.
