Devolution was never in CORD’s agenda, says Deputy President William Ruto

My mboy Fred Waga one of the few journos that actually goes to the lib to research before penning an article has called Omtatah and M4M and their call for Raoferendum for what they are -Ojinga

He has literally tol them to take their hair brained idea and shove it up somewhere or go do ninio with a duck
