On the issue of the interchange, UG and Rwanda can maintain their narrow gauge but construct a major inland/dry dock at Malaba border so that they can transfer goods to their trains!
I am however deeing massive massive relocation of masses and this may impact negatively on UK's re-election in 2018!
I know UK will delay this project so that it starts well into his second and final term!
