How true is FEP??

This looks dodgy. Even if they have been doing apartments, they would certainly not be at 1.6B in 5yrs from scratch. unless they do flour/ phamarcy. The article is also poorly written it has little details relating to the title. Perhaps 'mushene with Kithaka' would have been more appropriate!

Joseph Kaguthi – Chairman:

Archbishop Dr. David Gitari:
Retired Archbishop (Dr) David Gitari was the third African Archbishop of Kenya and Bishop of Nairobi in the Anglican Church of Kenya. He was awarded with honorary doctorate of divinity from University of Kent. His grace has had unmatched influence on the politics of this country. His is the power of the pulpit; and through his preaching he has exercised a ministry akin to that of the Old Testament prophets.

Bishop (Dr) Lawi Imathiu is a retired presiding Bishop of the Methodist church. He is the founder and vision bearer of (KEMU) Kenya Methodist University and former president of the World Methodist Council.

Professor Rosalid Mutua was the first Vice Chancellor of Kiriri Women’s University of Science & Technology (KWUST) and a former deputy Vice Chancellor Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. She is currently serving as vice chair Kenya Commission of Higher Education.
James S Mathenge:
James S. Mathenge is a former long serving Permanent Secretary and career administrator. He has served as chairman Public Service Commission and is a long serving chairman, Kirinyaga Technical Institute. He chairs several boards in the Anglican Church of Kenya. He is currently the chairman, Kenya Freedom from Hunger

Amb. Dennis Awori:
Former Kenyan Ambassador to Japan and South Korea, and currently Chairman of Toyota Kenya and advisor to Toyota Tsusho Africa. He is a graduate in Aeronautical Engineering and experienced Corporate manager.

Eng. Erastus is a former Permanent Secretary, Registered Consulting Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya. He is currently serving as Chairman, Kenya Airport Authority, Vice-Chairman, Karen and Lang’ata District Association, Chairman, Karen Country Club Water Committee and Principal partner of EM Baseline Consultants. He is also the current Chairman of Nairobi Baptist Church, Elders’ Court.

Dr. Agnes Abuom is the Executive Director, Transformation, Analyzing, Accompanying and Building Change Organization (TAABCO) and an Executive member of the Council of Churches of Kenya.
Arch Muchira Kithaka – Secretary:
Arch. Muchira Kithaka is the founding chairman Fountain Enterprises Programme and Chief Executive, FEP Group of companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Masters degree in Entrepreneurship. He is a corporate member of Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), and a board member to various national and international institutions.

From today Feb 01, 2013 i FULLY TRUST in FEP. I was skeptical for 2yrs about the whole dream but not anymore. FEP is a real thing. The ground breaking for the Sagana hotel and civil works by Chinese construction firm (China Rainbow Beijing) starts tomorrow http://www.fep-group.com...otel-building-contract/

FEP is after all a good investment. From a net loss of 28mn FEP has reported a net profit of 16mn. Its time to get in for the doubting Thomases out there.
