1.Lets say Kenyans vote for a parliamentary system..

If we had a parliamentary election today, "tyranny" would still vote majority for Jubilee MPs as on march 4th....
These MPs would still select UMK as their prime minister and RAO would still be jobless....

2. Lets say Kenyans vote for college system...

If we had an election Jubilee tyranny in the house and senate would see UMK as president.... This again leaves RAO unemployed!

Lets not forget under a parliamentary system the Prime Minister has NO term limits!
