I pity the inspector.. If she doesn't drop or lessen the charges she might find herself somewhere in moyale or lodwar inspecting donkey carts

Its on Nation Page 16 Today.

The MP has had his Gun License Revoked and the Court Orders him to return the 4 Guns that he has had for 21 Years returned in 14 Days. He got the 4 Guns when he was Nakuru District Kanu Chairman.

Now, My question to those who know is, Can an Individual get a license to have 4 guns at one given time? May be those in high authority can but this guy was a Kanu officer when he acquired them.

I think you can.

My friend has three and an extra one called Gotora which I dont know whether it requires a licence.

And by the way a Kanu officer was a very powerful character those days.They had powers to arrest and detain.I know guys who preffered arrest by cops than the Kanu characters.
