Building Contractor for Residential Unit

Having observed that rents have been upward (average of 45k to 50k )in former middleclass neighborhoods such as Langata,South C ,South B,I want to put up my 3bedrm residence in Kitengela.Can anyone recommend a reliable contractor who He has worked with before ? Ideas welcome.

What does it have to do with RAO or politics?Peleka huko to investors.Hapa ni Nakumatt city hall.
