Fact is, K24 is not doing so coz of lack of revenue. Neither is this a recent decision. This decision was made early this yr and communicated to staff in march. Samboja the CEO thinks a lot of hiring was done before his tenure and that he needs reduce the numbers and remunerate the few left better. It's Samboja's maths at work. And it"s not journalists pekee, cuts across departments. Only people spared are those under The People(no pun intended).

Didn't Samboja join Mediamax in January before the unsustainable raid on Citizen and KTN journalists? ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

This was not in one department but all including sales. @king G, beleive what you want to believe but facts remain. This is not a PLC hence rink onge!

I just thought their business model at the time was reactionary and emotional response to Citizen. Why i said what i said was for the people who spelt doom for Macharia simply for associating with CORD during elections. Otherwise i dont think K24 has re-engineered itself to capture the target market. They still have a long way to go. Thieves

haina mbrrr @king G. Hizo ni insider you will not get from dailypost na ghafla. But TV is a hard to penetrate market. Drove the good lady Rose Kimotho out of business. She pioneered in vernacular broadcasting only to land in financial issues coz of K24. Then she had to sell the biz Umenikumbusha Dayton. Only @Chibuuka used that name
