i understand the governor was employed by the people directly. i think the president has no such powers. look how mutua and kidero are flexing their muscles. i think they are pretty powerful.

@Annti_Christy this the beginning of things to come,however the central government will be watching,after which they will realise they can only flex to a certain point.

So Micah Cheserem cracked me up jana when he mentioned some govs dont know the difference btn millions and billions. Kisii county is said to have a revenue of 30 Billion according to the budget that was passed.
