What is dragging? then kindly tell him that there are rules which govern International APT's,what is and what should not be allowed for it to be ranked as one. I doubt that sporting is one of the allowed projects within an International let alone regional airport.

APT caters for -Passenger and Cargo nothing more.

Too much of Top Gear. Tell that leader those guys wa Top Gear use abandoned airports for their drag races. And the only abandoned airports in Kenya ni airstrips zimemea nyasi kama za huko subukia. Aende huko.
