I visited Rongai and was really impressed at how things are changing fast. Is the above named offer a good deal?

Where is the bubble that People keep talking about. Land will always appreciate as Population Increases every day while land Continues to Diminish due to endless subdivisions. I was at the area about 4 or 5 years ago, though past Rangau Kidogo and refused to buy an acre for 500K, Found it too expensive.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Was in rangau last year was to buy a quarter acre at 700k found it too expensive, now they have making the roads there, I'm sure the by now the Quarter would be over a Milli by now.

the place is growing impressively, must say, my paps bought land there mustve been in around 2004 and by then it was just a vast land full of tall grass and the rangau shrubs.

on average nairobi suburbs appreciate at over 20% annually for land. As long as the land laws and tax regime remain the same, lets not expect any change.

@A4. Allow me to twist the thread a bit. Just read your Comments on Nation today, Regarding work rate of Our own Contractors versus the Chinese ones

I do not agree with you as we have seen so many white elephant projects especially roads where the contactor is purely to blame for **ups.

@Rapudox are these the plots which were being sold by Railway Housing SACCO sometimes back in 2008?.
