We are launching a cloud-based solution to help estate managers and landlords manage properties. We ask wazuans who are in this business to have a look and give us feedback before the launch. Go to the 'Demo' page to get logon credentials (www.estatemanager.co.ke).
The solution will run on the internet hence no installation will be required at your offices, accessible from anywhere/any device with an internet connection among other benefits.
Share your feedback here or on the contacts page.

I did not notice any terms and conditions, how will you treat the data and can you share it out.

went straight to the transactions page and one can add amounts that are not genuine, you can do some basic client side an server validation since cash handling is one of the most sensitive parts, plus it won't hurt to provide for scanning of the bank slips.

you could also link the tenant transaction to a unit, how will I know what the payment is for ...

I could go on and on, fix the basics bugs first, apply basic business logic to the processes and make it user friendly before you go the crowdsourced testing way.

Thanks @nakujua for your feedback. We have some basic terms and conditions as our lawyers finalise on this here. This is available during registration.
On transactions, thanks for pointing that out we'll have it fixed. Tenants are linked to units under tenancy hence the reason this is not done under transactions but as you have said may be we should polish up the user friendliness.

sawa, just logged in using the demo account - web is a great way to go for applications, and if in future you can add a mobile app as a value add the better.
The reason I pointed out the tenancy thing is because I just imagined a tenant having multiple units, if they make a payment one would need to know what unit they are paying rent for.

will go through the rest and give feedback

Thanks again @nakujua. A mobile app is in the pipeline and I agree with you that web applications is the way to go.
On tenancy, you have a point there and we'll work on it to make it easier for a user to know which unit they are paying for.

Looking forward to your feedback on the rest.
