Its not, all arrivals have been diverted to ELD and MBA, the arrivals sections has been destroyed completely. Only emergency landing will be provided for. JKIA should have a fire brigade this is such a loss

At the moment, I have more info on the JKIA fire than the media houses. This media house fellows need to wake up and go to job.

WTF - the photo by @timuka shows the entire arrivals on fire.. How the hell can this happen and how did it get to that level??? Must be Sabotage..
