exactly what do Kenyan lawyers do?

I know for a fact that files disappear willy nilly in their law courts so exactly what does the LSK or group of self important lawyers do about it? All I hear them scream about is about judge appointments. Does the LSK and its gang of lawyers ever do anything about the situation of our law courts. How many Kenyans are in Kamiti because of incompetent and useless lawyers?

I say this as this week a friend was arrested. He was not even in the country at the alleged week. We got him a lawyer and oh boy,wasn't he terrible. It was only when a bunch of us threatened the cop with exposure to the media and all over the internet that the guys decided to investigate.

Kumbe someone had been paid for this fake crime. Now this dumb lawyer was only asking us for a deposit and after we gave him,he went to 'NEGOTIATE' with a corrupt cop.

Kweli what law school do these fools go to? Kenyan lawyers,exactly what do you do? Or do you fleece enough of your clients so that you can run for parliament?

I too know very many committed and competent lawyers,you shoud have some kinda relationship with your lawyer si eti you just rush to any lawyer you meet around after you have already landed into problems!!!!!

I have two scenerios one my friends parents died and their land was in their deceased granny's name,its two years since and they havent transfered the land courtesy of a lawyer and they had an administration letter,two when their parents passed on,the lawyer a different one,alimanga part of the benefits.B.T.W how long does it take to transfer of land take in such a situation.

@nanfor TRS is a lawyer. May be he is a good lawyer,and most lawyer in Kenya are good anyway.
