This is just comical. The comment by Orangi David on the Youtube link sums it up

"I live in the US, and have been living here for a while now. I can assure you that I know how government here works. There is the national government where power is shared btn the presidency and a two level congress just like Kenya, and then we have states led by governors. Next we have counties led by elected county executives. If the Raila led delegation did not meet any of these level of government to learn on good governance, then these is a waste of time or the agenda is concealed."

From the clip....it appears the Jungu is giving them A CAT of some sought.....

Kidero....This guy is willing to work for the people of NRB. However, I'm told that after Mr. Pamba noted that this is likely to be the next force to reckon with, he has communicated(unofficially) to county ward rep not to cooperate....

He is not powerful, he is a toothless bulldog. Or better still, a Casrated Bull,...with too much energy and nothing to do with it.

Power does not lie in the number of mention one gets, otherwise George would be one of the most powerful person on earth.

Who is that mzungu lecturing Raila Gavanas in the video? Is he a guy worth his shirt or just a nobody? Why do the fellows look so dead bored?
The video provided above clearly shows the trip was probably a failure, or a joke at best.

Lol this is so embarrassing listening to some security chief with no name. What has he said that is not known? But he made a good point "let go off power"

And that Chris guy the journalist poor guy needs to know the difference between security chiefs and US governors/senators.

@McReggae, attacking Kidero's follies doesn't validate the governors' trip. True, we don't know how the trip went. Do you? On the other hand, we are not stupid. Did this team meet a US Governor (or Governors)? Congressman? Senators? Senior party leaders in the Democratic or Republican Party? No? How about investors? Which investor worth their salt attended this conference?
I have attended a few professional conferences before, some even right here in Nairobi. All had websites publishing the key attendants, keynote speakers and the agenda. I searched for this conference and came up blank. Google Summers Dodge International Group and what comes up is a Facebook page with pictures of some 3 guys, a footballer and a cartoon. No mention of any conference, no dedicated site. Very serious people these from all indications Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
From internet chatter, these guys met Kenyans resident in the US in some town hall and a couple of US professionals spoke at an event. This is spin, pure and simple - and bad spin at that. Network for Development of Youth? Bi-National Governors Summit? Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
Alfred Mutua is promising. He goes for another 2 or 3 of these and those new creds he has earned will slip away.

That man-the mzungu speaking in that clip is a judge just like Lenaola is...I wonder if he intends to invest in our courts
