I told you "they" would start coming here at 2pm.

@alma i salute you. Clearly, "they" have to get a briefing from Itumbi before showing up at wazua. Trouble is, they are pathetic today trying to defend the indefensible.

As a taxpayer paying Itumbi's salary, i am dissappointed by his below par performance.

I thought Alma was joking.

Seems the troupe "works" from 2.

Just had to get a bit political today...this has always been te case....stipend & excuses bust be spread out 1st before delivery!!!

You've never snapped out of this dream? Why do Kenyans like to pretend like this is not the norm? Or would it have been better if the matter was silent? I believe every holiday, the same amount if not more is used. Save that energy for something that would benefit u directly.

In other news as we build statues and billboards, the police will be given 4 billion for the whole year.

Yet

Last night on Cord TV, not a single phone line to a police station was working.

More billboards anyone?

4 billion to the police 2.5 billion to celebrate.

Sasa umeongea siku ngapi and what has changed? Wasn't this sum not in the budget? Wasn't it passed by the people you sent in that building called parliament? So why the noise here yet the representative you sent in parliament thinks that its ok?

Who told you anyone cares if the police lines are going thru or not? How many policemen guard one mpig? Do u think he needs to call them on a common number?

@Muchir,
what exactly are you defending? Take a look of yourself infront of a mirror and convince yourself that what you are defending is right.
