Anyone ever been to the one in Dar?.... photos i see for that place are just excellent.

I have done for them some works and it is done to the highest standards.It is owned by Simba Colt Motors which basically means Popat.

Hyatt is a really big deal. I wonder why they'd choose Tz over Kenya. They should have been in Kenya decades ago.

Interesting - seeing as the owners of Villa Rosa [Simba Corporation] also own Bavaria Auto, the current dealer for BMW in Kenya.

smile smile Haha true. But I saw somewhere that they may be having a one-time discount for B&B, at around USD 97 (if i remember well). This is just one of those offers that every hotel or airline does when they Launch, expand etc.

Bin there coupla times...very good n vry high class.
But hii Nbi Kempinski the other day had to take their wagenis to Hilton after rain maji started leaking in some rooms...er @Mawinder umesema uliwafanyia roofing ama...smile

And maybe Bima X series or not, is not a big deal by German (which the Kempinski is) standards - si hata Polizei wa huko wanatumia shindes bila waswas?

It is not rain,plumbing was done shoddily with some pipes being in contact with electrical cables.I did the audio visua systems and security installation.Actually it is a disaster waiting to happen in future.

Njungus are Coming and saying they Must stay there. Right now they have a group of 150 who are paying an arm and leg, have had to sign a disclaimer that Hoteli haijaisha na wakiangukiwa na mawe hakuna kesi. In other words, they are not yet open but doing trials.
