IMO IEBC should just be open with its activities.A body like that is so sensitive to any negative public perception.
IEBC has done very little to communicate to kenyans or Open their house to scrutiny and offer explanation to their failures.
It does not help the image of the body if every time a scandal emanates from IEBC the ruling party comes to its defense...that in itself raises questions.
Right now no one even knows what IEBC is doing to reform itself....They are always on the defensive.
The attacks on this body if you look critically are all based on IEBC's structural failure.It is as if the Board is clueless on the workings of its executive.
