I received an SMS from Airtel Money in Safcom line saying "Special offer just for you due to your high usage bla bla bla..." This happened on a day Mpesa was down for the better part of the day. I av realised there r many who received this sms. How did they get our safcom numbers? Is that really a good marketing move or a sign of desperation? Marketing gurus, your thoughts?

Probox (Left Hand) vs Range Rover!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

safcom's marketers must be smiling when they read this. Their lock-in strategy worked. Airtel charges zero for transactions, safcom hikes charges yet we stick with the greens!! Btw, is tangaza still alive?
Laughing out loudly smile Applause d'oh! Sad Drool Liar Shame on you Pray
