This diamond is among the best holding counters but for how long?lead us not into temptations to sell.

The limits have been set : Bid 70,200 - 25 / Ask 70,900 - 26.Today is manipulation galore.Seems the big boys are ready for a move.

Housing Finance to seek funding for construction subsidiary

Housing Finance is planning a bond issue by the end of the year to fund its property development subsidiary, Kenya Building Society (KBS).

#No rights issue plan so the company will need to step up it retention of earning to boost its equity. Probably this H1 2013 we wont get an interim dividend #Thinking out loud

This guys have never payed my div. When i went there they said they are yet to release cheques...with this development i think they might fail to declare an interim div...just my opinion and the wait continues.

some people are still looking at this and thinking its just rock in the soil. brothers and sisters, please look keenly and u shall see that this is a diamond!!! healthy dividend policy, extreme deficit in housing demand vs supply, tailored schemes for major corporates such as NMG as well as long repayment terms in its current loan book; quickly reveal that this is not a firm to dissapoint shareholders any time soon
That's what folks thought a few years ago. Then it crashed from 40s to low teens.

@mlennyma. in my estimation, 18bob on the low wont print soon and neither will 30bob on the high. im simply trading the interim dividend
