The petitioner's main complain is the unlawful cancellation of Kethi's validly issued certificate (and to a small extent that IEBC can not be judge and respondent at the same court) Kethi's registration is now in the back burner. The certificate is always Provisional as the Elections Law envisions appeals / complaints AFTER the nomination process and before final gazzettement of the list of candidates for a particular position. If it was a final and IRREVOCABLE certificate, the appeal process via a Tribunal would be pointless. That's why the IEBC ignored the FIRST letter from TNA as it was PREMATURE since no certificate had been issued by the IEBC. They then re-submitted after the certificate was issued.

Then all this drama and circus is pointless and a waste of public resources. The judges should be handling more important matters... Thieves

If driving and in possession of an expired DL, have you broken any law? Does a current license make you a better driver? I care!
