The kondeshians were trying to change the IEBC rules during the court session..."ati though Kethi registered using an expired passport, it did not prevent her from being legally identified..." So he agrees that she is not a registered voter? The petitioner's main complain is the unlawful cancellation of Kethi's validly issued certificate (and to a small extent that IEBC can not be judge and respondent at the same court) Kethi's registration is now in the back burner. Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

To me the question of 'how they got to know?' is a red herring. let me explain using a parallel: there is the small matter that most have forgotten of the internal memo provided as evidence by CORD to the supreme court during the petition. the question of "how did the internal memo written by the director of ict land on CORD's hands?" could be misconstrued to mean 'CORD is IEBC and IEBC is CORD' but it does not change the fact that it was written and the warning was served. I have a soft spot for specific people and kethi happens to be one of them,no good reason, perhaps cz she's soft spoken.
I hope she doesn't emerge deeply wounded.

It's always been online for reference and I can check and confirm if anyone is registered or not! Furthermore, political parties are given complementary copies everytime its updated. Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

Just because they claim to have used the ID number does not mean they did so. if the name does not appear in the register...searches via ID number or passport number would still yield a NILL result.
