@ Smano....I also don't think Barca will take any offers for Cesc, they couldn't even sell Thiago to Man Utd yet he had an affordable buy-out clause. Btw Arsenal don't have to match any offers they have a £25 million buy-back clause with Barca if the player decides to join them. If Cesc decides he wants to join another club well the gunners also have that one covered, they would receive 50% of any profit Barcelona make on his transfer.....its a win-win for Arsenal! To be honest with i think Moyes will eventually sign Fellaini. Anyway Cesc has already indicated that he'll stay at Barca ... http://www.goal.com/en-g...bregas-wants-to-stay-at-

Moyes needs to sell Rooney before he becomes a problem to him in his first season as Utd manager. Its being reported that the player is "angry and confused" about his treatment by the club. Rooney doesn't want to play second fiddle to anyone especially not as RVP's back up as Moyes recently suggested......Mourinho na yeye is just adding more fuel to his interest in Rooney ‘If Wayne is a second choice for Manchester United, then the national team will be affected.’ Mourinho http://www1.skysports.co...py-at-Manchester-United

Rooney no longer has the aces he had in 2010......it won't be on his terms!!!! He has only two years left on his contract, if Utd decide to keep him then come end of next season they will be in the same situation Arsenal found themselves in with RVP.......either sell or he walks away as a free agent. Reports indicate that Chelsea have already placed a bid (which includes a player thought to be Mata or Luiz) which has been rejected, i think they should consider the offer. This guy is clearly not committed to Man Utd, amekuwa sumbua even after being given a very good wage. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23342660

Offering 10M pounds and Mata for Rooney is rubbish, they should up that to 20M and Mata. I think we all agree Rooney, at his best, would be an asset to any top team. I can't believe Jose does not have Mata in any of his plans, apparently he likes players who can fall back and have a bit of steele, like Hazard. If I'm Oscar I'd be worried as well. Utd need to take care of their midfield requirements to remain competitive. Personally I want Rooney to stay and if he's leaving, I'd rather he does not go to one of the favourites to wrest the title from Utd BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

Chelsea have just confirmed that they've made a bid for Rooney but it does not include any of their players. http://www1.skysports.co...ball/news/11661/8827852

I agree with Musa Okwonga on this one...if Rooney is to leave, this is as good a time as any, but to Chelsea?Unfortunately they're the only ones offering... http://espnfc.com/blog/_...erunited/id/2433?cc=3888BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

Man City have completed the signing of Alvaro Negredo from Sevilla, guy scored 25 goals last season. With Jovetic already waiting in the wings and Navas already in, I think Pellegrini is really going to revive the fortunes of City. Every one is talking about Mourinho and Chelsea but it will be a mistake to ignore City, there's a quiet confidence growing about them which is disquieting for me. ION, Ed Woodward, new Man Utd CEO, left the Utd tour of Aussie to take care of urgent transfer matters,I'm HOPING it is the signature for Marquinhos, the 19 year old Brazilian Roma defender or Benfica's Ezquiel Garay, the 26 year old Argentinian defender. Our defensive frailties were exposed last season and even with a full back four of Rafael,Rio,Vidic, Jones, Smalling, Evra/Fabio/Buttner, we still need such additions, including Baines, to remain competitive especially in Europe. We then take care of the midfield and get an additional striker if Rooney leaves, I think we should be okay BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

I think Man Utd have already signed Benfica's Ezquiel Garay, this deal has been on for a while now. IMO i think Woodward's trip back to Manchester has something to do with Rooney. Its being reported that the Brazilian defender is set to join PSG in a deal worth around £30m.....yaani they still have money to burn even after spending £55.6m on Cavani. http://www.marca.com/201...ootball/1374002625.html
ION, Wenger has declared that Fabregas is set to stay at Barca for atleast one more year. He has also indicated that in case Barca decide to sell Arsenal would activate the buy back clause.

Then it seems PSG will take everyone with that kind of money, enyewe McDoba's assertions are true, it's not that Man Utd are unattractive, it's just that PSG have a fatter wallet. Garay is tried and tested but Marquinhos would have been a good buy for the future. @Taz, even if Arsenal were to reactivate the buy back clause, do you really think Cesc would want to go back to Arsenal, ever? Would you, if it was you??? BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

@Smano.....I think Cesc is a bit similar to Henry when it comes to loyalty towards Arsenal, i just don't think he can sign for any other English Club, a claim he's made so many times since he moved to Spain. Unlike RVP, Cesc has won trophies for both club and country so i really don't think his move would be motivated by that. I believe Cesc wants more than just trophies, at Arsenal he was the main man and the team was built around him....he was also quite close to Wenger. At Barca he's more of a squad player, he wants to feel appreciated once again. Wenger is still very close to Arsenal's former Vice Chairman David Dein, whose son is Cesc's agent.....that's how Wenger was able to insert favourable buy back and sell on clauses when they sold him and probably thats why he still knows a thing or two about the player's availability. Wenger is currently trying to put together team that can win the title and with Cesc back at the club most pundits wouldn't bet against Arsenal winning it, so yes i would want him to sign. Btw i think some of your top targets will probably reject your offers because of SAF's departure, the old man was quite influential when it came to convincing players to sign for Man Utd. I'm not quite sure Moyes commands the same kind of respect from players outside England. Btw do you remember this way back when we played Man Utd some seasons back, now that's loyalty. He's probably more passionate about English football than La Liga. http://redlondon.net/201...manchester-united-shirt/
