heard they selling in chucks eg 100 acres parcels. its near narumoru on your way to nanyuki, near IDP settlement scheme.

That land the IDPs were finally settled on was bought from solio and also Lakipia teachers sacco bought a chunk for subdivision and onward sale.
If you don't want to go to plan B have a good plan A.

The government bought @ 85K per acre in 2007 to resettle the IDPs so now should be around 100k.
If you don't want to go to plan B have a good plan A.

Can't see this happenning unless we are saying the government is keen on doing away with black rhino conservance and also sell the Aberdares-Lakipia/Samburu wildlife corridor.If we must dream,let's dream things close to reality....lol!

tysons are selling agents. selling in 100 or 200 acres parcels. price about 300k to 400k per acre.
