There are no written restrictions from the Physical planning guys but the rest of the owners would prefer decent residential development

@Maina20, 1,800,000 cash preferred

@a4architect, you can put multiple dwellings coz as I told you above, there are no written restrictions but remember it a gated community and the rest of the owners are my friends thus would prefer someone does a some decent development
