plot for a Flat

over the years,i have cummulated some funds to put own residential house.

however,upon giving the idea ( owning a dream house) a critial analysis,have decided since the plot will still remain,i better buy a commercial plot,put a flat and from rental income,build own house. its hard i guese to start with the later. also,owning a house will save me rent only ( purely on financially basis)

my dillema is where can i get a well valued plot to put houses for middle class citizens.

your input please

There are many commercial plots available in many areas / towns,I bet budget can be the only limiting factor. Also check link below for almost similar discussion some time back
