In Louisiana after black people had pigad kelele about their right to vote white guys came up with a test which the blacks had to pass before they could be allowed to vote. The pass mark was 100%. Ukianguka moja hakuna kupiga kura.
The test was supposed to be for people who could not prove they had gone past class 5 but all black people were required to take it hata kama you had a Phd.
Here is a copy from one such test in 1964. (30 questions to be completed in 10 minutes) Ni wangapi hapa wazua wangepiga kura. I know I would have failed, by the time I was on question 7 I was already getting pissed off by question 10 I was just plain angry. Talk about madharau.
