Kindly advice on which mobile service providers provide the best internet service(modem based) along the Kenyan border towns(Malaba, Mt. Elgon, Taveta and Migori area). What are the costs involved? Man must live!

In Migori,Homabay ,Mbita and those sides...orange works fine..Safcom & Airtel signals are pathetic.
