kwisha maneno... it will be a walk in the park for Mwau! it may also
cost Wiper a nominated senator's seat.

The independent candidate could win

It will be for Mwau to lose. After this murky Jubelee show, Kaloki has no chance.

He should go back to Dallas and continue teaching, until the political wave changes. I think he's done politically.

According to mutual his papers are kethiish

Can you reverse a nomination? I doubt. I don't think you can be required to step down as a nominated senator or mpig just because your party's representation has gone down. That would be very messy! But I stand to be collected.

Wait and see...why you acting like you don't know the Midiwos & other hyenas?

They will bark kama kawaida but without any legal or constitutional backing, they can't do more than that. A person either resigns of his own will or the IEBC institutes the process based on the constitution. None of this is likely to happen. If it was that easy Kalonzo and Raila would currently be in parliament/senate. Did you see how badly that backfired?

I also wonder, between Kethi and Mwau, whose worse? Of course Mwau makes Kethi look like a Sunday School teacher. Remember the new senator will be involved in discussions that affect the whole country unlike a governor or county rep. If it is either Kethi or Mwau, I'm tempted to say 'we' forgive Kethi and move on.

Let me wear my CI/Criminal minds hat. What if Mwau got wind that Kethi was planning to fake her registration and turned the fellows who were in-charge of the process? Paid them good money to ensure everything that could go wrong went wrong - from dates outside registration period to nonexistent registration/polling stations to the worst book to steal the slip from to unmatching BVR identification numbers etc. That could be genius especially given nobody is pointing a finger at him and Kethi and crew can't tell the truth even if they [now] know it! What do you think?

from another angle, someone recall the rumour that mutula was leading some ukambani politicians to jubilee, well this may have been a plot to finish the mutula name politically, my two cents.

Tell @Mastermind my friend! It don't take the whole day to recognize the sun. Open and closed case. And her cheerleaders - the ones who proposed her, popularized her candidature and unveiled her - are no where to be seen. They must have been the ones who hatched and actualized this fraud. The poor girl didn't even want to vie. They pushed her into this and now she's about to loose everything. With her law career up in smoke she will be done for!

I'm sure now @Mastermind you know why we didn't have to wait for the tribunal to make it's ruling!!!

What say you?

Our efforts to get Mr. Mastermind’s comments were futile as his mobile phone went unanswered. He also failed to respond to our SMS.

When I started this thread; "From Grace to Grass", I had no idea it was going to get this bad. Fake masters degree? This Kethi lady is toast.

And if the way this fellows are operating is anything to go by, they already know for a fact that the masters degree was recalled. The letter is just a formality. I doubt they would write the letter based on just a hunch. They must have talked to all the right people and they are just trying to make the process official.

For the sake of Kethi, I hope this ends before even more personal stuff are unearthed. But she is bringing all this on herself - under the advice of stupid old men. If she didn't proceed to court after being barred from vying, the story would have ended there. But she came out swinging. And now the opponent is swinging back.

Even a smart boxer knows when to stay down after being knocked down!!! But if you listen to chaps who are not even in the ring and you stand up knowing very well you are just going to get a worse beating, who do you blame?
