Now, This is True. and again where is this Muthaiga View next to Bufallo Hills.Is it an existing estate? As Far as I know, we have estates like Kiganjo, Makongeni etc towards Bufallo Hills. NKT. Kenyan property prices are just crazy so a plot in the bush in kenya is 1.2m I can get a plot in Miami, Florida for 510,000 1.5 hours from Disneyland according to the Ad on page 8 Daily Nation Build your Dream Home here or just invest at incredible prices! @Maichblack i thot you could also tell me where Nanasi is and as far as i know on ur way to Buffalo the first estate is makongeni,Kiganjo,muthaiga then Buffalo hills..get ur facts man this is not a contest

Thats true and crazy! If you buy an eighth for 1.2M there,how many years will it take to sell at 2M?
