If she is barred from taking part in the by election does it mean wiper will not have a candidate since the period for presenting one's papers has lapsed?

Can you reverse a nomination? I doubt. I don't think you can be required to step down as a nominated senator or mpig just because your party's representation has gone down. That would be very messy! But I stand to be collected. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
