of course the datetime from the comp was used to generate the electors number (setting it is a matter that can be explained by incompetence) - the key thing here is the CHECK DIGIT!

secondly - the question of how the slip from the booklet arrived in kethi's hands is a matter that is criminal in nature!

Pros and Antis, we should see the bigger picture (as well) and instead of the shouting matches, we should be finding common ground and clamoring for reforms in the electoral process for the betterment of Kenya.
