everything else can be explained by incompetence EXCEPT how she has the same slip from a booklet which was used to register KIBAKI! <--- this is where this issue becomes a criminal matter. since the booklet has not left the IEBC! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
