why are CORD people ignoring the simple fact that KETHI'S SLIP WAS STOLEN FROM THE IEBC?

What else can explain this?

So someone at iebc made some cash by selling these slips? Poor buyers and even the other 3 fools will still present theirs.

Relax boss. Its not a compe. Each slip has a voter registration number and an acknowledgment slip reference number. These numbers are substantially different.
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

Stolen......or given out by IEBC......FACT is IEBC's mistakes are being exposed, why are people so on Kethi yet this tribunal where IEBC is judge and prosecutor is exposing them like crazy!!!!!

The bomb that is coming is that - the elector's number cannot be faked and when then any elector's number is entered into a verification tool - the CHECK DIGIT at the end. when Kethi's was entered on to the tool, it shouted FRAUD!
